6. Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using another member's account, or allowing others to use your account.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers ("bonus abuse").

• Using 558h bed for money laundering purposes.
• Opening an account using a false or fake identity.

If a member is found to be involved in any of the above activities, 558h bed may immediately suspend the account and forfeit the balance. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

558h bed may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If the account was registered using false or fraudulent information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or government authority.
• At the member's own request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from inactive accounts that carry a balance.
